She watched the other her board the ship that had been in the pier in the old Japanese city, she had figured that much out at least she wondered if it was actually Kyoto or some other major city of the time she couldn’t exactly get a place in what time. It was only that it was centuries before. The men that she had watched as she walked with her head held high towards the ship they must have been Lords of some sort as they all gathered to see her off. As the other her, she fought the tears that showed that she did not want to be boarding the ship at all but had to because it was a diplomatic mission that she would go to a different island and act as a diplomat for the area that this encomp
The pair of them in the dark still huddled on the couch covered up with a blanket. He hadn’t even realized that he had drifted off the TV was still on it was now later and some new station was on broadcasting and showing pictures of her car and saying it was an isolated incident. That there had been no major fatalities. He was coming aware that she was awake too, and she was staring at him. Without even thinking he was rubbing her back in a slow circular motion. He was waiting to find out if she had figured out her dream. He was also waiting to find out which dream she had actually had. He didn’t have to wait very long.
When Kit finally woke up her first thought was, “where am I?” However, as soon as she heard the soft sound of Matthew breathing behind her, she remembered exactly where she was. She was about ready to try and stand and move to the outside of the bed however she couldn’t move Matthew’s arm was clenching her. The gentle pressure of his dead weighted arm holding her close to him was enough just to keep her there. It was a feeling that she didn’t know very well waking up next to somebody else, she and thought to herself that it wasn’t the worst feeling in the world to know that somebody wanted you that close when you’re vulnerable. Even though it was well past the time that she would typically wake up and start to get ready for work she knew that she wasn&
When the two walked down the hall fifty feet to Nathan’s room, the door opened automatically it was almost as they had been waiting for them to appear. Nathan for once was the one who opened the door, and he looked at the pair with virtually a disapproving look. He glared at Matthew who shrugged his shoulders and walked in. Nathan stared at her for a few minutes as he then motioned for her to enter as well. She did and the layout of the room was pretty much the same just flipped from Matthew’s. On the table, there was a spread of food laid out that seems to have some of everything. As he motioned for the food to be eaten Nathan took his seat at the head of the table. “Well, it looks like you got some rest at least.” He stated as he looked over the two that had just join
“Yeah I know are. She’s completely safe. She doesn’t work for you, and she isn’t affiliated with the military. She’s my sister.” She said as she was slightly confused and looking so at her sister as she walked in the room and whistled.“Nice place you got here. So, sis, this is who you’re holed up with? Where’d you find these guys not that I wouldn’t mind having to be locked in a room with them but seriously where did you find them?” Jenny asked as she moved forward and saw Henry and Matthew sitting there both with open expressions

She was very curious to find out about these new three men that her sister Jenny was around. However didn’t seem like the three men that she was in the room with would elaborate. If this was happening to anyone but her she would highly doubt the situation. Her ordinary logical mind was not playing along, and she had so many questions that were unanswered. She knew at the time that all the answers would probably come to her however she was usually inpatient, and mostly curious about the situation as it pertains to her life now. In forty eight hours her life had been turned entirely upside down and had many unanswered questions that she did not like having hanging over her like a sword.
As she fell asleep Matthew watched over her. So he knew that she was sleeping he stayed in the room. When she did finally fall asleep again to give her extremely exhausted body some more rest, he walked out into the main room and started making phone calls as he paced around. He had been charged with letting Ian, Miguel, and Micah know the new current situation. He knew the conversation with Ian would be the easiest, so he was the first person called. Just the basic facts with Ian and he could quickly put everything together. Miguel’s conversation was going to be the hardest as he always wanted to interject new ideas into the plan. However, he was one of the best strategists of all time so keeping him apprised of her situation and everything contained would always play out the exact same
Nathan was becoming more and more annoyed as the day progressed. He had already looked at five houses that didn’t even come close to his specific requirements. He had already called off the meeting with the first realtor and had moved on to the second, and he was becoming very agitated with her at the moment. Were there no houses that met his requirements? He thought to himself it wasn’t like they were all that hard to reach. Henry for his part was holding his tongue which for him would be almost pure torture. He was becoming more and more amused as Nathan was getting agitated, which for the most part was not like him. There was practically a hero worship situation going on with those two; Henry had looked up to Nathan since the first day that they had met. Sometimes it had even go
