Chapter Forty-six
When she joined the party again, they all carried on like nothing happened and it frustrates Ella that Dylan was in no mood to listen or even talk to her. She felt his withdrawal even as he clasped her hand in the crook of his arm as he introduced her to some of their guests.
She soon joined her family and their playful banter help ease the guilt she was feeling.
They drove back home in silence and each time she attempt to speak he was quick to put her off so she decided that it’d be better to talk without an audience so as they reached the top of the stairs, Ella called ‘’Dylan.’’ When he turned around, his eyes lingered on hers for a moment his expression was inscrutable.

Ella sat fuming in her seat on the private jet that Dylan had all but shoved her into along with Idad. Quick greetings were exchanged between Dylan and the staff while Ella admired the beauty before her. It was almost like Villa Vergara but with a touch of gold.
