Hazel

A tiredness comes over me.

"I feel exhausted mom. I wish I could stay asleep all day long, I don't even feel hungry."

She looks at me with concern.

"Don't let yourself get depressed, everything will work out."

I start to feel nauseous with so much on my mind and the smell of so much food. I sit on the sofa in silence for a while.

"You know what?" I stand up. "We don't have to sort anything out!" They stop what they're doing and stare at me. "I didn't do anything wrong! I didn't cheat anyone. My conscience is clear. It's Jonathan who has to believe me and.."

Suddenly, I feel dizzy. I think I got up too quickly. Everything starts spinning, and I feel the coffee I had in the morning come back up from my stomach. I run to the bathroom.

My sister and mother look at me from the door, I wash my face and my sister comes over to help me.
