Her promise

" Brother...promise me.... That you will take care of her. " Alishas mother said with a pleading voice. 

She sounded sure that it will be a girl. 

" But why are you asking me for a promise." He said with a confused look. 

She saying like it is sure that she will die soon. It was like it is her last day that will come. 

She smiled palely as she said. " I don't know brother..  it's just I feel like it's needed. I am having a feeling that I will die soon."

Her words contained sign of warning. 

He grasped and said. " No you can't die. Let the child die...but not you...sister." 

He was only concerned about his sister and he didn't care for her either. 

She was furious and she said while grasping. " Brother... How can you say that....this is my child.... I don't care even if I die. But please promise me that you will take care of her... please"

He had no choice but to promise her ." Yes I will...
