Mera rubbed her sleepy eyes and slowly sat upright on the bed . She covered her mouth with the back of her hand and yawned.

She took the mini table clock that was on the night stand and checked it .

"Oh wow!. It's past eleven already. Can't believe I slept this late ."

She stood up and felt the satiny texture of her pajamas rubbing on her body . Thank God that she had later got this exact one.

She glanced at the other side of the bed , and wasn't suprised when there was no one there . She had indeed slept in. It's been long since she had this kinda sleep.

Without worrying about getting late for work

She went to the window and opened the blinds. She squinted her eyes as it came in contact with the bright sunlight.

Perhaps Gabriel had purposely left the blinds unfold so as to let her sleep some more.
