Thirty two

Jasmine wondered which woman he was talking about. Does Donovan have a woman? Her heart tugged at the thought. What was his mother talking about? She asked herself knowing damn well Donovan wouldn't tell her and she couldn't ask.

Jasmine dug her eyes into him, waiting for him to tell her what his mother had discussed with him. It wasn't like he owed her an explanation, she just wanted it.

However, Donovan said nothing to her.

A nurse came in and gave Jasmine the food and fruit. After Jasmine finished it, she was taken into the room for the procedure. Meanwhile, Donovan waited for her all through the process. Two hours later, Jasmine walked out of the room.

She was shocked to see Donovan sitting right outside the room, she thought he would have left especially because he had some deadline work to meet up with.
