Chapter 22: Husband's relatives.

Giselle's POV.

I saw a few of my husband's relatives inside the living room, and I knew that their presence would only cause problems. I stopped halfway, and I wished I could walk without being noticed, but that's possible.

‘Isn’t it too early to come to someone else's house? And working days to be precise?’ I asked myself, I looked down and I didn't even know why my mother in-law would do such a thing. I built some courage, and walked downstairs.

“Good morning everyone,” I said, and as usual my mother ignored my presence, and few others did the same, but I was surprised when one of the women stood up, and approached me. “How was your night?” She asked, and I was dumbfounded, ‘is this woman not Lopez breed?’ I asked inwardly, because the woman was so calm and warm. It was my first time meeting her, I didn't remember seeing her face on my wedding day, and she was warm to me.

“It was great ma'am, what about yours?” I asked, and she smiled. “It was amazing darling,” she said.
