Chapter 10: A tough decision to make
"Should I tell him to leave for he will be expecting you to accompany him tonight?" Natalia again asked me.
As I lower my head. My tears streaking down my cheek fell onto the floor against my feet.
"So, do you want me to, I don't want to keep him waiting?" Natalia kept on asking me.
I raised my head, staring at her with my tearful eyes. I could imagine seeing the face of my mom and mostly my dad staring at me disappointedly and turning their backs on me, based on my decision. I was afraid of them to disown me. I did not want to lose them. Still, I wanted to see Christian. I wanted to know if he had truly moved on with his life and had forgotten me.
Yes, I was feeling the pain of rejection, the doctor told me about, and what it means. I did not care at all. I wanted to see for myself if Christian had another mate. I sadly covered my mouth as I cried imagining the girl, Christian is with and him being happy with her.
