(Iris’s POV)

“Please give me my old cloak back, with out my inner witch ...I am feeling vulnerable!” I said in a whisper but I know he has heard it as he turned around and looked at me in shock. I looked away. The pain I am hiding was getting unbearable.

“w-what did you say?’ he asked and still standing in shock and I was just fiddling my thumbs and looking on my lap.

“w-what? What did I say? You actually thought I will never find out? I know you have hid my cloak in your room. Now give it back. It is mine” I said with a fake chuckle and mischief, juts tried to make the situation bearable.

“No, after that... what did you say after that?” he said and I was again looked away. He won't let it go.

“You heard me. It is truth. I-I can't feel my powers any more.” I said slowly and he rushed to my bed and went on his knees on the bed. I was still looking juts down.
