Chapter twenty

LOGAN'S POV

Oh shit! I have never loathed being interrupted to this extent. I adjusted my shorts to at least hide the boner between my thighs. I couldn't let Elder Sebastian become even more cynical of what was going on inside earlier. He was already suspicious after he caught the scent of arousal in the study but when he asked I brushed him off coldly. After all, my business shouldn't be his concern.

However, I couldn't put my woman's life under threat just because I had the ability to reveal who I loved to everyone. She was still a weak wolf, I had to begin training her to make her the most powerful future Luna of this pack.

"Can we talk in my study since you won't let me into yours?" Elder Sebastian's voice brought me back.

I cleared my throat and looked at him expressionlessly. I could already tell that he was curious about what was happening inside but he had no right to ask about it.

"Anywhere is okay," I responded coldly. I never liked this man but I had to keep up with him.
