DIONNAH'S POV
I was chewing on my nails as I waited for my parents. I was looking forward to seeing my Dad, but my Mom, not so much. I just didn't get why she couldn't accept the fact that I was happy being single.
Now she invited Derick Mitchell to be my date. That cheating, ugly bastard.
I did not want to see that asshole. Apart of me still wanted to kill him though for what he did to me some years ago. Maybe seeing him could be eventful, the evil queen inside me raged.
I thought he was a sweet guy when we were younger. And he was also the captain of the basketball team and the most popular guy in school. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world.
