Chapter 21: "Wipe Out"

    Kris felt a warmth sensation all over her body, when she opened her eyes, she saw the handsome face of Adam. Then, flashbacked came into her mind remembering all that had happened to her and how did Adam save her from the gates of death. She gazed at him intently. His face was so calm while he was asleep. His arms and legs were wrapped all around her body for her to fight the cold. Indeed, he was a perfect example of the word gentleman. He never took advantage of her, instead he made her felt that she was secured and she has nothing to worry about. At that moment, Kris wished they could stay there like that for a long time but she knows, there were so many things to do. She felt lost in her thoughts that she didn’t noticed that Adam was already awaked and was just staring at her as well.

            “Good morning, beautiful”, uttered Adam.
