“You should know that you have to be punctual all the time because as my personal assistant, you ought to be by my side all the time.” I scolded Miriam who bowed her head while playing nervously with her fingers.

She came so late today that I even had to call her to know why she had not shown up all these while.

She is lucky that I am not in a bad mood. If not, I would have fired her immediately. I hate lateness.
