“Damn! She is not picking up!” I muttered in frustration as I dialed Becky's line for the fifth time.

She went out in the morning and I haven't heard from her since then. .

I found out earlier today that she didn't actually go to work today.

I actually guessed so this morning because she didn't dress like one who was going to work.

The first thing my mind thought of is that she went to spend some time with Ephraim.

Thinking about that hurts me a lot, I actually thought she was beginning to get over him.

I am not just going to jump into conclusions yet, I am not sure if she went to see Ephraim.

She should just at least pick my call or even reply to my texts so I can be relieved.

I didn't know any of her friends and I doubt she even has any because I rarely see any lady around her.

There's only one lady I think she is close to, I've seen her up to thrive around Becky but that was months ago.
