Selena arrived at the location of Chicago’s bank when the situation was getting more critical. According to one of the police officers, they heard several gunshots coming from inside the building. But they couldn't go inside because Selena forbade them to do anything. So when Selena came they immediately bombarded Selena and the other agents to take immediate action before the robbers killed the innocent people in there.

“What should we do, Selena?” asked Austin quickly.

Selena tried to think of her strategy as quickly as possible while scanning Chicago’s towering bank building.

“Austin and Monica, you guys come in through the back door. Take as many hostages as you can to get out of building as much as you can. Lay, Aimee and I will enter through the front door to negotiate, as smooth as possible so that there is no need for a shootout. Do you understand?”
