35. The Weird Elite People

“Hi, I'm Helen,” the woman's voice accompanied by a wave of her hand, driving Jane out of her thoughts.

“Hmm, hi Helen, I'm Jane,” Jane said with a friendly smile.

“By the way, are you sick? Your face is very pale,” the woman said again to Jane and offered her a drink.

“Hmm, thanks, no, I'm just a little nervous,” replied Jane, laughing a little shyly and accepting the bottle.

“Ahh, I see, it's only natural to see so many rivals here. What family are you from?” spontaneously, the woman asked something that Jane did not understand.

“Family? Hmm? I don't have a family,” Jane smiled faintly.

“Ahh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you,” the woman patted on Jane's shoulder. “Let's be friends and join the people there,” said Helen to Jane, who just sat quietly on the sofa at the edge of the room.

“Kika Helen…” shouted a woman from the right corner of the room, happily walking towards where Jane and Helen were standing.
