Vanity entered the master bedroom quickly and went straight to the bathroom to refresh herself because she was so sticky and sweaty after all that running. She also needed to get rid of the lingering scent of blood on her. Her husband was born with a keen sense of smell.
Vanity tossed the clothes into the laundry basket after checking for signs of blood; when she didn't find any, she tossed them and stood beneath the shower head, letting the warm water kiss and caress her body. As she stood in the shower, enjoying the way the water cascaded down her body, she smiled as she looked at the marks her husband left on her body every night.
