CHAPTER 18

Aanya’s POV:

I am wearing a full pink outfit. Pink floral crop shirt with loose-fit pants and an ankle-length cardigan with floral prints. It was beautiful. Anita and I went shopping yesterday to buy some things. Well, she invited me to join her and her family. It feels good to be back with my friend whom I haven’t seen in ages. Anita’s mother and my mother were also close. Our brothers were best friends with each other.

Her In-laws are so kind, caring and welcoming. She looks so radiant and there is a new glow to her every time I see her. I saw her husband Ranveer Agarwal when we meet at the station 2 days ago. He is silent and observant from what I can see but also a workaholic but he still cares and finds time for Anita.

I haven’t had anyone from England reach out to me except Ryan and Charlotte. Who is going to look out for me anyway?
