James informed Wayne to give him a little time to think about the offer he proposed to him before concluding to be his supplier.After sometime he later accepted Wayne's offer and he become his supplier,being a hard drug supplier is not an easy task but he's got no choice than to accept the offer due to the benefits attached to it.Wayne promised to help clear his criminal record and make him a free man once again.
