Flashback Continues

I had been feeling anxious since the time I woke up. Dan's anxiety was equally the same. His being more potent and therefore making me almost have a panic attack. I swear if I was not a strong warrior, this sinking feeling could have caused me both an anxiety and panic attack. 

It did not take long for me to confirm the worst ever news one should receive in this life. The intensity of the impact was worsened by the fact that I was the cause of my loss. Now you must know that as wolves, we bond. We have a deeper connection than that of humans or witches and wizards. There is a pack bond, this allows you to communicate with all other pack members through mindlink. Then there's the family bond, this one can tell you if one is gone. You feel the pain of the bond snapping. You will know who it is by it's intensity. The one you're closest to hurts the most. You can almost visualize their cause of death due to the pain
