I missed Cassie, I really did. I missed how easy it was for me to approach her before without her retaliating at me. Now, whenever I tried to touch her, she just shunned me away. I could understand that I was not the best partner for her right now and how wrong I was that I put her in this situation with Carina involved, but I just wanted to make sure everyone was safe. I wanted her to be safe as much as I wanted Carina to be safe too. It was not that I loved Carina more than her. I had never intended for her to feel that way.
