I'll never forget the numerous outrageous and animal-like tear he had slicing across his face and chest, the blood, the pool of blood that could float a canoe. The image is forever imprinted on my heart and mind.

That was the last I ever saw of my father, and Crescent valley. Mom made us move to Beverly hills and wear a certain perfume that she made herself. The content isn't known to me but we never left the house without walking through a cloud of it. Mom always made sure.

My brain can still picture vividly the tear that was all over my dad's body, it made me hate animals, even pets.

The warm hands of sleep must have overwhelmed me because when my eye shut open forcefully as the loud shout for help diffused into my sleep, the sky above was dark.

"Help me!" The outcry was wild and loud, it sounded deep inside my sleep and shut me out of my sleep completely.

I woke up panting, shocked at the loud unfiltered cry still vibrating I'm my head.
