HER CRAZY EX

The first thing I noticed as I walked out of the elevator was that Anna wasn't in the office, maybe she was running late. I called this morning and I wasn't getting any response from her. Worry kicked in but I pushed it down, what if something happened to her friend?

She'll be here, maybe she's caught up in traffic, Anna wasn't the type of staff that comes to work late. I walked to my office hoping that she would be here soon.

Thirty minutes later and I still haven't heard from her, normally she would have called but I haven't gotten any call from her either.

Worry set in again, I couldn't go to the hospital because I knew people would start wondering who this guy was who was always coming to the hospital, also her mom was in the hospital and I didn't know if Anna already told her about our relationship, I knew Anna didn't want that.
