Chapter 179
Once Josh comes back, they wheel me down to the neurology department. Doctor Bennet comes in as they prepare me for the scan. "Cole, what's happened, son?"
I lift my eyes to him and stare vacantly. "I feel like someone is driving a knife into my brain. Please make it stop. I can't take it. My head feels like it's about to implode.""All right, let's take a look, and we can give you something for the pain." I nod and close my eyes, leaning forward. I feel another surge of panic when my chest gets all tight again.
