Now you can not be so sure sweetheart that I'm not inside of the house or inside of your room. Your closet is big enough to fit a man I must say." Marina dropped as her eyes darted to the Closet that was just at the farther end of the room.

She tiptoed to it holding the phone to her ear as she grabbed a baton that shouldn't be there while she slowly opened the closet door and peeked in.

She peeked in and couldn't find anyone so she opened it wildly enough to stare at it and heaved a sigh of relief.

"You're not in the closet!" Her tone was defiant and she went ahead to check other closets and then the bathroom and every book and cranny of her room.

"You're not in my room either!" Her head was doing a hundred miles a minute run and she was looking all the more exhausted because she couldn't place a call across to her husband. Only if she could talk to him, she was sure that she was going to feel way better. His voice was enough to make her feel better and that was all she could ask for
