"So, what do you want me to do for you?" Doctor Amari asked again, and my mother quickly explained to her.

"Hmm, Madam, you know that it's not safe to consider operating a fully grown adult who is conscious without the patient's permission. I cannot start the treatment on her unless she agrees to it," Doctor Amari said, her smile not leaving her beautiful brown face.

"Why do you need her permission first, when you know she doesn't want to clean herself? She seems to like the man, but her father already has another husband for her. Please, doctor, just give me the treatment, and I will administer it to her at home," Mother said. Doctor Amari replied, "Okay, the risk is on you as you will have to sign and consent to it. Although there are not many dangers in using the treatment, you still have to agree before I can give it to you."
