Isabella's POV

I willed myself off the floor, got out of the room, and I slowly made my way back to my room. You know how I was so happy this morning and I felt nothing could ever bring me down? Well, I was wrong, because my morning had been filled with so much drama and it was not even noon yet.

''I couldn't even go to see Mia anymore like I wanted to,'' I said to myself.

I lay on my bed, allowing my thoughts to wander wild in my head, as all I could think about was Xavier's words to me.

Wallowing in my misery and pain, Mary walked in with a tray of food in her hands.

'' Isabella, you disappeared. Where have you been? I came back to where I left you talking with Xander and you were gone. I also checked your room and you weren't either.'' Mary asked, but I didn't answer.

'' What is going on, did you and Xander get into a fight again,'' Mary asked, and ignored her yet again.

'' Talk to me my dear girl, I am worried about you,'' Mary said, but I still couldn't bring myself to say a word
