Simeon leaned in, trying to see what Hayden pointed out, but saw nothing out of the ordinary. He just gave Hayden a thumbs up.

"You ran into reporters?" Hayden squinted. "Did they give you a hard time?" His grip on her tightened, making Wyneth wince. Noticing her discomfort, he quickly let go and spotted a bruise on her wrist. "What happened?" Anger flashed in his eyes. 'Every time she's out of my sight, something happens,' he thought, gritting his teeth. "Did they push you?"

Wyneth did not remember having a bruise on her wrist. The situation earlier had been so chaotic, and by the time the reporters left, she only noticed the bump on her forehead. Seeing she could not hide her wrist, she admitted, "There were so many people. I don't know when this happened. It doesn't hurt."

"It doesn't?" Hayden asked sternly, holding her fingers. "Then who cried out in pain earlier?"

Wyneth huffed, trying to pull her hand back, "That's because you squeezed so hard."

"I was just worried—"
