Fuming President
Few minutes later, baby Unity was fast asleep. She had her feeds minutes before her parents walked in. Steve carefully placed her in her cot and pulled his stunned wife in his arms. “Are you okay?” he asked tenderly. Aziza had watched baby Unity the whole time without a word.
Aziza nodded, still speechless overwhelmed by emotions. It was not a dream. Her baby was really alive and healthy. She mourned so much for her, even broke down but here she was right in front of her. The cute, peaceful precious gift sleeping soundly was her baby.
“She has your beautiful eyes”Aziza said softly, watching her daughter sleep.
“Remember how I always said you were the most beautiful girl in the world? I am sorry babe, you have to settle for a second place now” Steve said with a grin.

Christmas eve marked Four days of Aziza in the intensive care unit. She had not improved but had not deteriorated either.
