Her hands were shivering as she passed the mug with pills to her husband, Alessandro. Alessandro smiled at his wife whose heart was withering with fear. Sabrina Leonardo was scared to her death as her husband kept smiling at her and in nano seconds he passed the mug with pills in it to his grandmother.
