Chapter 43.2

I wandered my eyes around the area and saw that we were surrounded by a concrete wall where they were mining. At the front of the large gate, there was a smaller version of it where there was a small door beside it. There were also plate-like metal works that was supported by wood to help it stand. Coal was used to make the fire last long as it was used overnight.

I picked one of the torches that was leaning on the concrete wall before walking towards the door with a large lock in it. Gudan was just following me, holding his own torch. I pulled the lock which quickly gave in due to the strength I used.

"That strength of yours was really amazing, Aliara," Gudan said with awe in his eyes. I did not mind him, instead, I wasted no time and kicked the door to destroy it, landing on the farther side of the room.
