Chapter. 17

 I am not sure what to say to him. Part of me wants to tell him the truth, but I also know that I need to think about him and what he has been through. 

 "You look like someone I used to know," I tell him looking down at the floor.

 "Was his name Jax?" 

 "Yes, I am sorry if I hurt you by calling you Jax."

 "No need to apologize. You look familiar. Have we met before?" I want to scream yes, and you are my brother. But I hold it together and hope he doesn't see the storm inside me. 

 "I am not sure. I guess it is possible. Have you lived in this pack your whole life?" I know I already know the answer, but I hope he will open up and tell me. 

 "For as long as I can remember," he says, running his hand over his head. I figure I am going to have to keep the conversation going myself.

 "I was born in a pack in Wyoming, but I ended up at the Fullmoon Pack when I was young."
