CHAPTER 27: THE BEGINNING

Nat's POV

It's morning.

The creepy night from yesterday has passed.

Thank god!

It was so much to deal with - the sleepover, the outburst by Marco, the murder, basically everything.

Sometimes I feel like all problems in my life have been given to me right now to solve and I'm hoping the end will be peaceful at least.

Here's to hoping.

I look at my side and see Leo sleeping.

I push his hair back which had been falling on his eyes and he groans in his sleep which makes me laugh
