I woke up extremely sore. Gage and I took a bath after last nights activities before he gave me one of his shirts and we went to bed. Ashlynn's POV: "You're range of motion and flexibility is great," Dr. Tanner says. "Obviously the muscles are weak, but that was to be expected.
