“Tell me about your sister.” Talia was nearly jumping up and down. After she came in and made sure that I was okay and feeling better, she moved on to talking about Coral and the time that we spent over the last year trying to make our way to the compound. Talia’s hair was a bright red. While Cora’s hair was a deep red, Talia’s hair was a bright shade of red that she kept long, nearly reaching her lower back. It was left down, nearly wild but somehow controlled at the same time. It reminded me of the red wolf itself.
