CHAPTER 27

Archer

I stood on the balcony watching the pack house and its occupants as they moved about their daily business.

It was a bit cold today and everywhere was wet, I woke up early perhaps a little bit too early and I couldn't go back to sleep.

I had a lot going on in my mind and I was becoming a little more restless as the day goes!

I thought about the conversation my Uncle Mateo and Ryker had yesterday and I couldn't help but think something big was going to happen soon, I was tired of this game and I wanted to confront him at once but I couldn't!!

As a warrior and an alpha I could accuse someone, especially a member of their royal clan with solid evidence, if I did so recklessly I could invite the interference of other packs and that was the last thing the pack needed.

It was seen as a major weakness if an alpha could not handle the affairs of his people and had to seek the intervention of others.
