Chapter 31: Daphne

Heat instantly crept up and down my body just like wildfire. I noticed that the more I spent time with him in private, the more I got aroused, though I didn’t have any experience in this kind of field. Was I starting to get addicted to him?

I smiled at him shyly. "I don’t know if I can meet your standard when it comes to pleasing you, but I really want to make you happy."

He lifted an arm just to reach for my face. It slid down my shoulder and across the curves of my waist. "Your presence alone makes me happy."

"Thanks." By the time I said that, my oversized shirt—I mean, Calle’s shirt—was already on the floor.

The idea of making the first move was a real challenge for me, yet it stirred excitement in my system. When I started making love with him, I noticed that he was rough and smooth at the same time. He could also become gentle and sweet when he wanted to.

"All right, sweetheart, show me how much you want me just as much as I want you," he whispered huskily.
