‘Knock, knock’ The monster from her childhood was knocking on the door.

Thalia shut her eyes and covered her ears she couldn't hear it. If she doesn’t look then he won't be there -maybe it was all just a bad dream.

This was all in her head the monster won't be here he wouldn't come here anymore. The knocking stopped and Thalia opened her eyes. Yes it was a dream. No one was there.

Bang! The door burst open. Hanging by its hinges the monster stood right in front of her.
