68. A true friend

No, no, this can’t be happening, this cannot be happening. “Christian, you can’t die, I need you, you can’t leave me”.  I shake his body vigorously and yet nothing happens, his eyes remain closed and eventually I give up and rest my head against his blood soaked tshirt hoping and begging the Moon Goddess not to let him die.

I spin around to the voice, to find someone that looked exactly like the woman in the portrait, my mother, her body transparent with a white glow around her.

“What, what are you?” I stutter as her body becomes solid, her amber eyes, bright like my own.

Yay!!! I had hoped Christian would survive and I truly hope he turns out ok. I hope he and and Ash destroy Daryl and amber. I am totally excited and impatiently waiting for the next update!
