Lea:

I walked inside, choosing to ignore the fact that I knew that my Alpha was going to die outside today. I didn’t want to admit it, but it wasn’t something that I was upset about; but I knew for fact that it was not something that I wanted to see.

“I am surprised to see you inside,” Luna Claudia said, breaking my attention. My chest tightened and my stomach churned, but I knew better than to move away from in front of the woman. I was afraid that she would end up sending me to her son’s room here and now, especially when I knew for fact that she would be more than pleased to know that the Alpha that died was MY initial Alpha.
