Ava's Point Of View

I woke up alone in Kaden's chambers, it's been two days and he hasn't even stopped by his chambers, he literally deserted it and never came back. He was staying at the west wing chamber, with Cassandra, he really had no regard for me whatsoever. Knowing fully well that he was all cooed up with his other woman made my heart hurt like it had a thousand cuts.

The sound of birds chirping, telling me to get out of bed but I just couldn't. What was the use? I know it may sound pathetic and stupid but it really broke me knowing he was fucking her, it hurt me and broke my wolf the most. It was too much for my wolf to bear.

"Bloody hell, Ava!" I quickly looked over at where the sound was coming from, the voice sounded like Krys, and a dollar goes to me.
