Yifa awoke to an intense throbbing in her head. It felt as if someone had struck her, though she understood exactly why she was experiencing such discomfort. The culmination of crying, stress, and confusion had finally taken its toll on her.

As the alluring scent of pancakes wafted into her nostrils, Yifa reluctantly opened her eyes. Her stomach grumbled with hunger, but the allure of her cozy bed was difficult to resist. She shifted onto her side and nestled further into the covers, breathing in deeply and attempting to settle down.

However, before she could drift back to sleep, a sudden realization jolted her awake. It dawned on her that she shouldn't be luxuriating in such a comfortable bed, and there was no conceivable reason why anyone would be preparing breakfast for her. Disregarding the persistent pounding in her head, she bolted out of the door, determined to find out what was going on.
