Chapter 22 : RENGOKU
I searched for Adelia for a whole day, but it was in vain. I didn’t understand why she disappeared like this. It was unprecedented. I thought she never made it back from the time loop, but her scent was strong enough to prove otherwise. I thought of the idea of running away, but if I still had the memories from the time loop, then she had them too. I don’t understand why she ran away.
« Alpha, we should get back, we can’t delay our return to the capital anymore. I think it would be best if we searched for her later, » bellowed Rasha.
« I can’t let her roam in this forest. She is still recovering from her injury, » I replied.
« She is used to moving in this forest. She can survive on her own. Your worries are built on unstable matters, » she said, moving her stick towards the route that we must take.
