Chapter 14 – Journey
“That was quick. They know how to make decisions, huh?” Carl noted with a smile.
“We should get going, too. Let’s go.” Alex commanded and they all boarded their respective vehicles. He assisted Luna into getting in and comfortably sitting on the bench. He sat next to her before his gaze snapped to the guy on her other side.
The man rolled his eyes. “I think the two of you should switch seats if you don’t want me next to her.”
And so, they did. Luna actually liked being next to the window. She can see outside and enjoy the sceneries. It didn’t take long for them to overtake the silver wolves and Killian, riding at the back of their vehicle, let out a howl.
“Did he say something?” The guy sitting next to Alex asked.
“This is Alvin.” Alex was forced to introduce him to her.
“Not really. He was just wishing them good luck.”
