Alex P. O. V

I ran to the stairs and used the bannister as a slide and slid down the stairs. I jump in the air and land perfectly on my feet. I went to the kitchen and saw everybody was waiting for me. Zander was sitting on the head chair. When I entered every eye turned to me.

"Where is the maid that I had sent to accompany you? ".

Before I could answer, the maid entered the dining room. Zander was glaring at her and she started to explain.

" I crashed into a cabinet. I did not see there was wate– ".She was trembling when she was explaining.

Zander dismissed her with a wave of his hand.

I turned to look at the dining table. There was no empty chair. My eyebrows drew together , I looked at the questionably.

"Where am I going to sit? ".
