MONSTER

The force of the slap forced Lucious’ face to turn slightly, a frown appearing on his face. Lucious had never ever in his entire life been slapped before. He didn’t even know how to react, as his face stung from the slap his mate had just given him. His blue eyes slowly turning shades darker as his shocked face looked up to meet her raging eyes .

Haven held her breath as their eyes made contact. Her mouth slightly opened, she took a step backwards without even realizing it. She hadn’t mean to slap him at all, her hands had moved on their own out of impulse. With her ocean blue eyes looking as though they were going to pop out of their sockets any moment from now, Haven stared at the creature before her in horror.

Lucious’ mouth started to twitch terribly, causing him to clench his fists tight. His whole body started to shake due to the anger which was starting to bubble up from within. The veins on his face visibly bulged out and black tattoos started to appear all over h
