While driving towards the company, I remembered all that I had promised to do for the kids again, and helping Asher walk again struck me.

I turned the car back and headed for the hospital, I knew my doctor would start talking about my own condition which I didn’t want to hear about anymore, but I still had to go see him so I could get to know more about Asher’s condition and things that needed to be done to help him.

I wanted to see him walk again, I wanted to be there when he finally takes that first step, and I didn’t have much time again, I had just few weeks left, so I had to make that possible within the time I had.
