Stan had just returned to town and heard from his friends of Hayley’s wedding and the disruption going on in the country over the werewolves and he wanted to ensure that Hayley was alright.
The war had not reached Wizzletown yet and everyone in power was working hard to keep it that way. Stan hurried to see Hayley since his friends had told him of the existence of werewolves and the war going on in the country. Stan had gone to visit his family in Africa for a while to see his children and try to work things out with his wife. He returned with positive vibes which means that things may have been successful.
