DAVINA’s POV

I tried to ignore the fact that Raiden was spending a lot of time with Karla at the restaurant. It was difficult because I couldn't help but notice her every time she came in to see him. It was like she had a way of drawing attention to herself. But I didn't want to appear jealous or possessive, so I pretended not to care.

One evening, I found myself at the same restaurant as Karla and Raiden. I was having dinner with a friend, but I couldn't help but watch them from across the room. They were laughing and joking, and I felt a pang of jealousy.
