Aiden's POV

I sat with Julian while the kids were training. This is really the first time I've been this close to him.

I know what he's been through. I thought my past was bad.... His was worse, his was horrible!

I knew he needed some time to adjust to the world outside of what he knew. That meant adjusting to my son Reid, his mate.

I am surprised how fast he took to him. I don't know if it's his innocence, or if somehow he was able to tell that my son truly meant no harm to him. Maybe it was a little of both.

But I can see how much my son cares about him. And I can see how much Julian trust and cares for him.
